The Durham Highway Fire Protection Association is the governing body of the Durham Highway Volunteer Fire Department. The Association's By-Laws will be updated during the 2010 - 2011 year period. Dates and times for By-Laws update meetings will be posted on the departments web site to allow for association members input and review. The update to the Association's By-Laws are needed due to operational changes with the department and Wake County contract requirements. You can click on this link which will take you to the association's By-Laws page, there will also be a link on the By-Laws page to any proposed changes once they have been written.
